Turning Leaf’s Clinical Manager provides clinical oversight and supervision to clinical staff and teams within Turning Leaf’s residential treatment, community housing, day treatment and community integration programs. Working with the Finance Team, the Clinical Manager ensures contract compliance, accurate authorizations, and appropriate service utilization for all individuals receiving service from Turning Leaf. Provides clinical supervision for staff providing Medicaid defined clinical services. Clinical Manager may be asked to provide case consultation. Will provide data and plans for CARF Required Performance Improvement. This position reports to the Director of Business Operations and COO.

Credentials: Masters degree required; licensure highly preferred in Psychology (LLP), Social Work (LMSW) or Counseling (LPC).
