Provide leadership and direction to a multi-disciplinary mental health team. The ACT Team provides community-based care to adults with severe mental illness and/or co-occurring disorders. Familiarity with ACT principles and fidelity scales, co-occurring modalities (IDDT), motivational interviewing, dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and treatment matching protocols a plus. Prior experience and success in providing community-based services to persons with serious mental illness is necessary and candidates with this experience will be given preference. Master’s in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling with licensure. Exceptional leadership and managerial skills are a must. $5,000 signing bonus!
